12/2/2025

A Gordo-sized thank you is in order to the Slime Rancher community for all the love after the game’s full release. Our heartbeets have grown three times bigger! Even after update v1.0.0, the team is back with another update to further refine the world of Slime Rancher 2 with the complete collection of Slime Toys, addition of more gadgets, and in-game tweaks based on player feedback.

Toys, Trimmings, and Tune-Ups Features Overview

  • A Toy for Every Slime: No slime should have to go without their favorite slime toy! The remedy: a complete collection of toys for every slime. While toys usually decrease their slime’s agitation, some special toys cause curious effects. Decorate slime corrals with the right toy and see for yourself!

  • Shadow Pots: Players can now find shadow pots throughout the Grey Labyrinth. Break them open to reveal a host of Shadow Slimes inside. Or maybe get creative and take them to a different location to maximize your earnings…

  • More Gadgets and Variants: Customize the Conservatory and Rainbow Island with an expanded menu of various gadgets and variants to diversify play and decorating styles. Create mechanized chaos or an aesthetic haven for your favorite slimes.
